Refund policy
Due to these being custom orders we are not accepting returns or refunds unless there is a problem with the product or it's damaged
If the product is damaged during delivery, we will replace the product with a new one.
You will need a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.
To start a refund, you can contact us at info@sogifts.eu. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or the wrong item is received, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Sorry, we do not accept returns of gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return your existing item, and after the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return
We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your return. You will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post a refund.
